Roan Mountain Shuttle sent several confirmation emails and reminders. The driver was on time and shared his knowledge of the area and the section that we were hiking. He also gave suggestions for future trips in the area.

Highly recommend!! Dave was right on time, the car was very clean and the conversation was great! He dropped us off at our starting point, made sure we knew where the last place that he would be able to pick us up if we needed to come off trail for any reason before we reached our destination was, and offered to pick us up at the trailhead if we were too tired to make the walk up to The Station at 19E.

Had a great experience. Dave couldn't have been more accommodating. He dropped us off at Carvers Gap and was expecting us back the next day. It was raining and came to find us hiking up 19E to give a ride back to The Station. Highly recommend! Great atmosphere, awesome group of guys and a must stop!
